Summer's over. Back to school to… launch a podcast and a company !

Few tips on launching a podcast

In a few weeks, I am launching a podcast focused on digital sovereignty. The idea is to make this topic way more practical than what I see online.

The roadmap I used (order matters): Audience > Topic > Thesis > North star

• Audience: who exactly I am talking to
• Topic: Choosing a single topic. At least to start with.
• Thesis: The key one. People want to hear singular takes. The more singular you are, you easier you can cut through noise.
• North star: Guardrails when you want to chase shiny objects.

Resources that did not waste my time:

• Books: Founder Brand / Podcasting for beginners / Ton podcast, ta voix influente​
• Youtube: Riverside / Think Media​
• Course: Part-time Youtube Academy​
• Software stack and gear: Riverside (software), Elgato (prompter, lights), tripods. Using smartphones for now.​

Building update

Company is officially registered. I'm bootstrapping with AI (mostly Claude) and using it daily.
